Participants will complete a Workplace Expectations self-assessment in this session to personalize and apply the learning. Research confirms that compensation plays a part in employee satisfaction, but there are other key contributing factors that you can impact on a daily basis to improve your own and your team members' engagement.

Bob is in his 19th of business helping individuals, teams and organizations improve performance through coaching, training and development solutions. He has worked with leaders at all levels of the organization to improve their effectiveness by engaging team members and leveraging their portential. Bob has worked with 100's of clients in a variety of organizations on a local, national and international basis. He is a certified Behavioral/Motivational Analyst and authorized talent assessment partner. His previous experience includes a background in training and human resources with Wegmans Food Markets and St. Joseph Hospital Health Center.
