CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All requests for cancellations, refunds, and transfers should be sent via email to marketing@employersgroup.com.
CANCELLATIONS: You may receive a full refund for your conference registration (less a $50 processing fee) for written cancellations received by Employers Group on or before October 15, 2016.
Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact Employers Group (via written correspondence as listed above) prior to the day of the event automatically forfeit all registration fees paid.
REPLACEMENT/TRANSFER: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty up to 2 days prior to the event. You can also request to transfer to another location within 5 days of the event. Simply send an email to marketing@employersgroup.com stating your request and we will provide you with a registration form to complete for the change.
