Workplace Culture : a frank discussion with cheese
Event Information
About this Event
This session is an informal open discussion to listen and contribute to as you wish. There are no slides, no lecturns, no sales pitches - just some cheese and drinks and good people. We’re happy to share other attendee names with you, once people have indicated their attendance. Please RSVP below.
We want it to be a useful and inclusive discussion - easier to do with a smaller group - and we’re testing the waters to see if there's value and interest in further meet-ups – to include guest speakers, workshops, sharing of ideas and so on. There is no cost or expectation in this and no commitment other than coming along.
The idea is to build a useful and collaborative network of people in Wellington who are interested in discussing ideas and learning more on topics that affect and impact our workplace cultures like; workplace mental health and wellbeing, restorative justice principles, new models of leadership, what is genuine inclusion – and whatever else you may be interested in.
We can see huge value in building a collective around experience, insight and shared learning. We also want to have a laugh and swap some stories.
We hope you can make it.
