(1:30-2:00pm) We will be meeting downtown at the National Mall near the smithsonian metro station, to start doing our stretches and warm-ups lead by our trainers, and will use this time as a grace period for everyone to come and meet up before we take our bike ride.
(2:00-3:00pm) We will be taking a bike ride around the National Mall area and will end at the orignal spot we met up at.
What should you bring?
- Please bring your ticket with you or have it ready show on from your phone!
- Wear clothing and shoes items that will be comfy for you
- Bring water
- Bicycle (or you can rent one with us)

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Taking the train is the best way to transport yourself. On the weekend there isn't any guaranteed parking downtown, if you must drive, drive to the nearest metro station and park their and take the train down to the Smithsonian (located on the blue &orange line, make sure you get off on the National Mall Side).

What is the refund policy?
We do not do refunds, however we if you let us know in advance or contact us, we are more then willing to transfer your ticket to a later date. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
