Event description

Description

One of the secrets to Amazon's success is the concept of "Working Backwards": starting from the customer need, and working backwards to the solution or strategy you need to implement to meet that need. This same thinking has been used by Steve Jobs of Apple, Larry Page of Google, and it's been further developed through the Lean Startup movement, and is now being applied in traditional companies as much as in startups.

You'll learn how to work backwards from the customer through the four key elements to a compelling marketing proposition. Get these right, and you'll have Product-Market fit.

You'll learn how to capture the key elements of product-market fit in a simple to use canvas, which helps you iterate through different versions.

You'll learn how to test these ideas with customers by capturing them in a Dear Customer Letter and testing the desirability of what you propose to build before even building an MVP.

You'll learn how to take the next steps to assess the feasibility and viability of your idea, or to present it to management in a way which will engage them in the innovation process.

And you'll do all this in Luxembourg's best workshop venue, with refreshments and lunch provided.

This workshop is suited for CEOs and other senior executives who need to push strategy and innovation through their organisations. It's also applicable to strategy consultants, product managers and startup founders.

Future versions of this workshop will cost at least EUR 500 - get in quick at this price.
