About the Conference

This multi-stakeholder convening uniquely brings together government agencies, labor organizations, and scholars to share experiences and best practices in dealing with the impacts of non-standard work, also known as on-demand or gig-economy work. Participants will discuss new policy and organizing strategies, impacts of technological change, and the use of digital platforms to promote workers' rights.
