About this event
The workshop will look at what is happening to our body's from a hormone perspective throughout life, enabling us to anticipate, predict, work with and support our strengths to thrive through mid-life. We will review the physiological changes to our body, and what is normal. But importantly understand what can help, and where you can get it from if needed.
