This session focuses on the Work Life balance within the IT profession. This is a joint BCS (British Computer Society) and Balance Network event hosted by the Systems and Information Systems research group, University of Portsmouth.

The session will include speakers from the Balance network, and an update of results for a global project exploring the Work Life balance issues across the IT profession, The World IT Project. It will also include a panel discussion session exploring the wider issues and challenges in achieving sensible work life balance within the IT sector.
