Come Join us October 25th at the West Atrium Turf for Bell Works 2nd Wellness Day!!!


11:00 a.m // Pilates Mat with Sandi Villacoba from The Pilates Project

Stretch and strengthen your body in Pilates Mat! This class will emphasize the foundations of the Pilates method, designed to improve your balance, align your spine, strengthen your core, and lengthen your body. You will move from your center, working the deepest layers of abdominal muscles. The focus is placed on breath, precision, stability, and control. Open to all fitness levels. Please Bring your own Mat!

12:00 p.m // H.I.T Bootcamp

Get ready to sweat! This non-stop total body workout incorporates a broad range of bodyweight and mobility movements, plus odd objects such as sled, ropes, plyoboxes, kettlebells, etc.

1:00 p.m // H.I.T Boxing

It’s you against the trainer holding pads. This fast-paced workout teaches boxing fundamentals and techniques, including an array of punch combinations.
