Description

Struggling to find a job that fulfils you?

Love your job and want to take it to the next level?

Or are you a passionate entrepreneur, putting everything into your business (i.e. your baby)?

Wherever you are in your career, it's impossible to achieve success if you don't look after your physical and mental health. This year, World Mental Health Day is focused on Workplace Wellbeing, reminding us just how connected our professional success and personal health can be.

Join us at London's first 'happy cafe' to hear from a panel of employees, freelancers and entrepreneurs on:

Finding Purpose
- not everyone wants to be an entrepreneur. So how can you look within yourself to identify your values and find meaningful work which will help you thrive, whether that be through working for yourself or working for someone else?

Finding Success
- once you know what your goals are, how can you achieve them without burning out? When you're passionate about what you do, it's easy to overwork yourself without even realising it. Is success synonymous with working 50+ hours a week? How can we ditch perfectionism in our work? Once you achieve success, how do you stay grounded?

Finding Balance
- Nailing it at work ultimately means nothing if your physical and mental health are ignored. Our panellists will share their tips for ensuring you don't compromise your health when things heat up at work, and advice on how employers can ensure that they create an environment where staff can thrive.

There will be plenty of opportunity for you to join the discussion and chat to other guests, with drinks and networking after the panel.
