Words of Delight: The King James Bible & the Bible as Literature

Jointly sponsored by the Departments of English and Biblical and Theological Studies of Wheaton College, this conference will bring together theologians, literary scholars, and historians to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the King James Version of the Bible and to honor Leland Ryken, who has for many years taught and written on the Bible as literature. Conference speakers will include Alister McGrath, David Jeffrey, Mark Noll, Jeffrey Barbeau, Leland Ryken, A.E. Elmore, and oral interpreter Craig Mattson.
Please note: Reservations for the Friday evening banquet need to be made by Tuesday, September 20 at noon.
