Join users, developers, trainers, staff, and tech support for Wordfast’s 6th annual user conference. The program will feature two days of Wordfast training and workshops, other software integration sessions, keynote speeches, one-to-one meetings with experts, and more. The evenings will be spent networking and enjoying the culinary delights of Montenegro.

Registration

The full conference package includes lunches on Friday and Saturday, all coffee breaks as per the program, all conference sessions, and the now infamous “White Party” dinner on Friday night.

We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the conference hotel that can be booked as when registering. First come, first served.

FAQs

Is my registration/ticket refundable?

Attendees who cancel their participation no later than 45 days before the planned event date may receive a refund of their registration fees, minus a 10% administrative fee. This fee will be waived if you are prevented from traveling due to government-imposed restrictions. Partial refunds may be made no later than 15 days before the planned event date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations beyond that point. Refunds will be processed 30 days after receiving written notification of cancellation. Cancellations must be requested by writing to the organizers. In the event that COVID-related restrictions lead us to cancel the event, you will be fully reimbursed and notified 45 days before the event. We encourage you to purchase travel cancellation insurance.

Speaking of COVID, will this event be safe?

In order to ensure the safety of all attendees, you will be required to show valid proof of COVID vaccination or immunization. We do not expect more than 60 participants and we will make social distancing measures easier for everyone using color-coded badge lanyards.

Please have one person book the double occupancy hotel add-on when registering.
