Hiya!

So hopefully you've been through my Referrals master class. If not, it's a really great introduction with tons of actionable steps to take to increase the amount of word of mouth referrals your business receives.

As we discussed there, referalls are 4 TIMES MORE LIKELY to result in a sale than a cold lead!

Isn't that wild???

Well, this class is taking what we learned in the Referrals master class and going even further.

We're talking about how to build a specific team of superfans to spread the word far and wide about your business!

Nearly 10 years ago, I lived in Richmond, VA and was coaching and teaching yoga and Pilates. At the time Lululemon was a new new thing. And when they opened a store, they tapped me and about six other local teachers to become store ambassadors. What did that mean (other than our photos being blown up poster size and getting to teach classes in store)? We received a ton of free merchandise, gave feedback about the product, and they promoted us around the city.

It was a lovely win-win scenario. I was a lulu superfan and their employees, in turn, became my biggest cheerleaders. Being an ambassador was a symbiotic relationship and great for us both.

Now, we're going to turn our attention to all sorts of businesses- brick and mortar retail, e-commerce, professional services, SaaS, you name it- and focus on how to build your very own ambassador program that empowers your biggest fans to (formally) talk about your amazing-ness everywhere they go.
