Ric Holly – How many musicians can boast to being asked to audition for both Jimi Hendrix and Sly & the Family Stone on one trip? According to Ric, “the weekend I got to California for that audition (with Hendrix), Jimi died... I had a friend that owned Paramount recording studios and went to see him and there was Sly Stone. He asked me could I play, and the rest is history.” Saturday at 9pm.
