Culinary movers and shakers in their respective communities - Chef Joshua McFadden of Ava Gene's restaurant in Portland and James Beard Award-winning Chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Detolo of Jon & Vinny's, Animal, and Son of a Gun in LA - will team up to wood-fire their respective styles of pizza pie. Guests will be treated to waves of wood-fired pizza and side dishes coming directly out of the oven and straight to the communal tables.

Jacobsen Salt Co. was founded in August of 2011 by proprietor Ben Jacobsen and has since become the finishing salt of choice for chefs known and unknown across the country. Our pure flake and pure kosher sea salts are hand-harvested from cold Oregon waters using traditional methods. The New York Times says, "the crystalline flakes coaxed from water gather[ed] from Netarts Bay on the Oregon coast have the elegance of a fine fleur de sel, the delicate crunch of Maldon and the blindingly white flakes of a Caribbean beach at noon." In 2014 Jacobsen Salt Co. opened the doors to it's Portland Headquarters and Event Space in the Central Eastside Industrial District.
