This workshop gives you particular strategies for inviting loyalty from the people waiting for an invite. Each strategy is a moment of your time. It is much easier to break glass ceilings when most of the people in your life feel loyalty to you.
In all of your glass ceiling breaking efforts, it is important to remember the bystanders who will hear what you say and see what you do. Inviting backlash from an individual can also mean inviting backlash from bystanders. Backlash from bystanders can bring you unexpected losses. Inviting loyalty from an individual can also mean inviting loyalty from bystanders. Loyalty from bystanders can bring you unexpected benefits.
