Now in its third year, WOMMA TALK Ethics features leading compliance, disclosure, and ethics experts from the FTC, global brands, and top law firms on the latest FTC laws and regulations in influencer marketing, recent crackdown cases, and trends in the regulation of influencer marketing. 


Consumer protection regulation is causing significant uncertainty among many within the retail and consumer products industry. Knowing regulation trends and what regulators are thinking is critical to minimizing a company's risk profile. Many companies want to get it right. However, simply being compliant is not "winning" at compliance. A company needs to have its "finger on the pulse" so it is ready for whatever comes its way and is able to potentially avoid a costly enforcement action.  2017 program below:
