Want to learn more about what foods and nutrients are essential for women?

Women have a unique set of nutritional needs that change throughout their lifecyle. At every stage throughout a woman's life, nutrition and movement are the cornerstones of great health, optimal energy and overall wellbeing.

Nicole will be presenting an interactive 90 minute seminar exploring the important role that nutrition, movement and stress have on a women's health and wellbeing.

1. Finding your healthiest weight

2. How to eat to balance your hormones

3. Eat well, live well: What specific foods and nutrients are essential for women's health?

4. Stress, sleep and exercise: How do these affect our overall health and wellbeing?

Time: 6pm arrival for a 6:20pm start

What does it cover:
