Women's Weight Loss

Are you ready to lose weight? We all try different diets and exercises and often don't obtain our goals. This class guarantees weight loss in a fun and friendly environment. We focus on cardio fitness but add a twist with beginner self defense techniques such as boxing to keep things fresh and fierce! Even better, you can be comfortable in an all women's class!
If you're ready to have FUN, learn self defense, meet new friends and have purpose with our training all while getting in shape then please join us.
This group will meet 2 times a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm. All classes are held at Primal Training Center located at 9811 Mira Mesa Blvd. - San Diego, CA 92131. We look forward to meeting you!
