Join us for:

  • WTFCon - workshops, panels, keynotes, mentorship, networking, & more
  • WTFringe - innovative productions of new works by playwrights at all career stages
  • Occupy The Stage - continuous programming of staged readings of new plays
  • WTFKids - programming and supervision for children
  • Add-on Opportunities like Masterclasses in Intimacy Choreography

We are in the process of putting together our schedule; check it out here: https://wtfest2019.sched.com/

Do you give out comps (free tickets for family and friends)?

No, but you can earn tickets by volunteering!

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?

Most ticketing options have a 30 day refund policy.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No printed tickets necessary.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We're sorry, but registration fees and tickets are non-transferrable.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

All tickets and registrations must match the person who attends. Be prepared to provide ID.

How do I choose the right ticket for me?

While we hope everyone will partake in the Full Festival Pass or Student Festival Pass, there will be a variety of ticketing options available. If you have questions about which tickets are best for you to purchase, email us at info@womenstheatrefestival.com.

What if I don't see the ticket option I'd like to purchase?

More a la carte ticket options and add-on ticketing options will become available as we get closer to the Festival. Check back here, visit us on social media, or email us at info@womenstheatrefestival.com for more info on specific ticketing options.

I'd like to attend the Festival, but I cannot afford a ticket. What can I do?

A limited number of scholarships will be available as well as volunteer opportunities. Visit our website www.womenstheatrefestival.com to fill out a scholarship application and/or learn more about volunteer opportunities that can offset costs.

Where can I find more information about the Festival line-up?

Visit our website www.womenstheatrefestival.com, subscribe to our newsletter, and follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on Festival developments. A comprehensive Festival Guide will be provided to all registrants and participants as well as an app guide.

What's the street address for the Festival?

The Festival will take place simultaneously at multiple venues around downtown Raleigh. A Festival Guide and map will be provided to all registrants and participants.

What can I do if I have a disability and require accommodations to access the Festival?

Women's Theatre Festival wants every patron to enjoy every aspect of the Festival. Email us at info@womenstheatrefestival.com to make arrangements with our Accessibility Coordinator. Accessibility Information will also be available on our website www.womenstheatrefestival.com, in our Festival Guide, and at each Festival venue.

What's up with the fees?

Fees are charged by the ticketing platform and the payment processor. WTF is also required to charge sales tax on all tickets. We believe in being transparent about these facts instead of simply raising the price of the ticket. In an effort to make it easier for more women+ to attend, we've decided to absorb the cost on all full Festival passes.
