Description

What are your career goals and aspirations? Maybe you want to join the c-suite, launch your own business or become a community leader. If you’re a woman, you may hit road blocks along the way due to your gender and ethnicity. How do you overcome these obstacles and attain your goals?

Join us for a panel discussion featuring four successful women who have all faced challenges along the path to their current positions. These women will share their personal journeys of how they have navigated through difficult barriers to get to where they are today. Each panelist has a unique story to tell and will share their perspective around the topic of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Networking, hors d'oeuvres and cash bar begins at 4:00 p.m. Program starts at 4:45 p.m.

Panel speakers: Tavonna Askew, Chief of Staff & General Counsel, Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County
Marlene Dotson, President & CEO, Indiana Latino Institute
Tracy Edmonds, Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion & Chief Diversity Officer, Anthem
Ann Murtlow, President & CEO of United Way of Central Indiana
Moderated by Ansuyah Naiken, Global Competency Training Manager, The International Center
