We are counting down for the arrival of our Women's Leadership Conference November 3 - 5th in El Segundo, CA. We invite you to join us on a journey to Creating Connections - Building Bridges... Together
We want the Bella story to be every women’s story. One of finding out who we are, what we’re made of and learning to take those experiences to stand in our power and create the most profound lives possible. Yet, we can’t do that alone. We need a powerful network. Not just a social network, or a family network but a network that includes top-level business women and entrepreneurs exchanging ideas and sharing experiences. Women who are invested in making the connections to support your efforts and are willing to advocate on your behalf. Those types of relationships take time. So we are devoting three days.
Just image how many 45 minute coffee meetups or 60 minute meetings it takes to delve deep enough to make powerful business connections. Connections where you become more than just associates but feel comfortable supporting and advocating for and with each other. Well be assured that after 34 hours with a person in a professional business environment you will walk away knowing alot about everyone in the room. More importantly, they will all know a lot about you. Your business, your goals, how you think, how you process information and how you are destined to succeed.
The conference price includes 3 days of workshops, speakers, panels and professional activities for both career and entrepreneurial women to elevate their leadership and professional business skills. From Friday morning at 7 a.m. through Sunday at 1:00 p.m., you will experience lively, empowering, encouraging, uplifting and inspiring messages and insightful learning. Registration price includes all sessions and all meals (value $1,150) breakfast, lunch, evening activities and brunch.
The Bella Network Women’s Leadership Conference will bring together over twenty professional coaches, consultants, subject matter experts, CEOs, attorneys, doctors, teachers, administrators, business founders, and the new generation of mission-minded corporate and business professionals. The three-day conference participants will get to participate in every sessions so there is no need to worry that you will miss anything. Each session is applicable to both career and entrepreneurial participants.
Friday, November 3rd
Day One will kick off with a welcome breakfast followed by sessions that are focused on helping women improve how they connect to their purpose, communicate authentically, and strategically brand ourselves, our business and our teams. We want to prepare you to boldly go where you will grow and thrive. The day will culminate with an evening mixer, complete with food, drinks, vendors, networking activities, and a few Grammy award winning surprises!

Saturday, November 4th
On Day Two we’ll dive into a mix of key sessions, workshops, open-forum roundtable discussions, and more from a top sales trainer, attorneys, certified coaches, top HR specialist and many more. We are going to end the day networking at All That and More Boutique in Culver City, CA. We’ve been “professional” for all day and now it’s time to let our hair down and laugh. The evening includes food, drinks, and networking!

Sunday, November 5th
On Day Three we’ll hear from some male panelist, and dive into a mix of questions primarily on how to improve our interactions with men in a professional work environment. As well as, how to get them to mentor, sponsor and advocate on our behalf. We will also hear from a Fire Captain on some critical ways to stay calm, and improve our chances of survival when office politics, or dynamics turn deadly. Your going to wonder where all the time went when it's time to close out!

Refunds/ Substitution/ Cancellation Policy: No Registration cancellations are accepted. However, your registration may be transferred to a “non-registered” substitution, or you may use your payment towards a credit voucher for a future event. All substitution requests to a new attendee must occur up to 48 hours in advance of the conference.

Conference Cancellation: In the case of conference cancellation, The Bella Network’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference registration fee. The Bella Network reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
Force Majeure: The Bella Network shall not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to: acts of God, shortage of commodities or supplies to be furnished by the Hotel, government authority, or declared war in the United States which would make it illegal or impossible for The Bella Network to hold this event.
