This year's conference theme is "Aspirations Have No Gender". Women are in a constant battle of breaking their own glass ceilings--whether it be in their career choices, or defying stereotypes. The purpose of this conference is to empower women on their road to success and relay to them that their aspirations have no gender. The conference will consist of a dynamic keynote speaker, breakout sessions, and PACEtalks. The conference returns to campus on Saturday, March 2, 2019.
