Spend 60 minutes with Coach Elexis while she talks about Women's Hormone Health & Fitness!

About this event

Join us for a 60 minute Women's Hormone Health workshop led by Female Fitness Specialist, Elexis.

She will be spending time covering:

•How women's hormones are affected by nutrition and exercise

•What may cause hormone imbalance

•How to use your diet and exercise routine to improve hormone health

•How to tell if your hormones are imbalanced

And if we have time we will open for Q&A at the end!!!

Here's what you need to participate:

1) Register through Eventbrite (no minimum) and receive your confirmation through Eventbrite.

2) Take some time to write down any questions you may have or information you may be looking for during the workshop.

3) Look for our email with a Zoom meeting link the day before the workshop.

4) Join our Zoom meeting on the day of, mute your microphone and have your questions ready, along with something to take more notes with.

5) Enjoy and email us if there is anything else you need to know!
