Join Summit Historical Society on March 16 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dillon Community Church as we celebrate Women’s History Month with engaging speakers, a tribute to Summit County Women Then and Now and afternoon tea.

The afternoon will begin with selected teas (Georgetown Berry Medley and Avalanche White) and delicacies (including apricot cream cheese and pear lavender scones and chocolate rum cup, just to name a few) from the Dusty Rose Tea Room of Georgetown.

The afternoon will also include a tribute to Summit County women, Then and Now. We will honor Ms. Harriett Bobo ('Now' recepient) and Ms. Lula Meyers ('Then' recipient).

Our featured speaker is J.v.L. Bell, author of The Lucky Hat Mine. J.v.L will share unique stores of Colorado women.
