A woman's body is regulated by her hormonal cycle. Whether you experience mild symptoms every month like cramps or mood swings, or you're suffering from endometriosis or PCOS, the YourCycle Women's Health 101 seminar will introduce you to the basics of what's going on in your body and give you some insights on how to achieve your own personal goals.
Speakers include everyday women who have faced or are facing health challenges, and experts in reproductive health and general wellness.

Dr Chris Briggs is a veteran in the field of Female Health and Wellness and is one of YourCycle's lead Medical Consultants. Dr Briggs has worked as a GP with a special interest in Women's Health for over a decade. Dr Briggs will discuss the factors that influence Women's Health and what you can do to be proactive about your health and wellbeing.
Dr Alicia Mitchell grew up in New Zealand and is now one of Australia's leading physicians. Dr Mitchell holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Science (microbiology), a MD (medical doctorate) and a PhD in Respiratory Illnesses. In a world post COVID, Dr Alicia Mitchell will talk about the long implications of viruses like COVID 19 on women's health.
Jennifer Wright is one of YourCycle's co-founders, and leads the YourCycle App team. Over the past 12 months, Jennifer has spent over 1000 hours understanding the the hormonal cycle and the things that influence your ability to make every day a happy, healthy and productive day. Jennifer will speak about the technology and tools available to you to monitor and learn about what's happening in your body at any time in the month.

Simone Anderson has become a household name in New Zealand and around the world for her support and advocacy of self care and body positivity. Simone has forged her own path on her journey to wellness by losing over 100kgs and inspiring hundreds of thousands of women along the way through courageously sharing of her journey on her social media channels. Simone is the author of best selling book, Simone's Journey to Health and she has been a guest on the Tyra Banks Show. Her story has been showcased to the world through leading publications like The Daily Mail, Good Health Magazine and Elite Daily. Simone is a champion for women and we are so pleased to have her sharing in YourCycle's journey to empowering women to live their best lives.
Supriti Singh is currently a PhD student in International Human Rights Law at AUT. She has always been passionate about women and children's rights and is a strong advocate for women's health issues. As a long time PCOS sufferer, she is always willing to raise awareness, through discussion about her own PCOS journey.
