Description

"The Sister sangha" Women's Mindfulness Group

1st Monday of each month 7:00PM-9:00PM

** NO meeting on Monday, September 7th

This group is an opportunity to explore woman's issues in a safe, supportive environment that allows us to find a deeper sense of wholeness and embodiment as women.

As women, we often face the challenge: How do we retain a sense of freedom and worth, while responding to the demands of work and our relationships? This can be very stressful and take its toll physically and emotionally, affecting our ability to be who we want to be.

Through group sharing that utilizes mindfulness reflective skills we can begin to recognize and release self-defeating patterns. Our group is an opportunity to explore these issues in a safe, supportive environment that allows us to find a deeper sense of wholeness and embodiment as women. We are an open continuing group that is offered on a dana/donation basis. No pre-registration is required.
