Morning: 9:45 - 10:30 a.m.
Context-setting talk by business leader with case study
Topic: What is Leadership? (And what is it not?)
10 minute break
Mid-Morning: 10:40 - Noon
Talk by faculty/corporate leader and small group work
Topic: How to Project Leadership and Influence Outcomes (Leadership Dynamics):
- How to tackle tough conversations
- Powerful negotiation
- How to project confidence and competence in the most challenging environments
Early Afternoon: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Talk by corporate leader and panel discussion
Topic: Identifying Mentors and Building Relationships
