Women's Circle Workshop - A Women's Transformational Experience

The Women's Circle Workshop was created to be a safe, supportive, encouraging space to explore, discover, and empower women to create and design the life you choose. Within this nurturing environment, we will address a variety of topics that influence your experiences and ways in which to express who you really are and add joy to all aspects of your life.

Topics Include:

> The stories we tell ourselves and how to create a new one

> Negative self-talk and processes to change that

> Core beliefs, where they come from, and how they work in our experience

> How to appreciate yourself

> What self care means

>Letting your light shine

And much, much more!

Women have been gathering in circles to share experiences, stories, thoughts, and healing since the beginning of time. This workshop was created to provide a safe space for women who want to explore their stories, and experience healing and self-empowerment relevant to their lives and the issues that affect them.
