The beginner trail running course is for any woman interested in learning new skills, camaraderie and adventure.

New to trail running or just want to hone in your rock hopping skills?

Maybe you are looking for some camaraderie or coaching to explore new trails and meet new running buddies?

Check out the women's beginner trail running course with Be Ultra Living.

This 5 week course entails sessions that meet at different trails in our local area to work on skills and fitness (like how to conquer technical terrain and steep hills) and clinics with expert guest speakers like park rangers to talk about what to do if you encounter wildlife on the trails.
