Join us for two days of movement, education, and community!

For the woman who is pregnant, postpartum, or is considering conceiving in the future, this workshop seeks to address the issues specific to women participating in strength training, athleticism, and movement that are often overlooked in general strength and conditioning practices. Learn how to harness your strength while also being mindful of the physiological changes that occur on the journey to motherhood, implement basic strategies through a variety of contexts (Olympic weightlifting, barbell strength work, kettlebells, mobility flows, metabolic conditioning), and get answers to the questions you may have about the pelvic floor, the abdominal wall, and exercise.
