WomenHack is a community that aims to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace for all. Our diversity recruiting events target some of the most talented women working across tech - software engineers, UI/UX designers, data professionals, product folks, and beyond.

Our evenings are designed to foster connections and facilitate meaningful conversations in our signature 5-minute speed rotations format. We kick off on the Welcome Stage with sponsor keynotes, followed by speed interviews, and we close each session with a happy hour (Open Networking) giving you the opportunity to connect with more candidates.

Whether you're actively seeking your next extraordinary hire, or just looking position your employer brand within the talent community, everyone wins at our events!

What to expect

It doesn't take much to prepare of one of our evenings. Half of the effort is just showing up, having those conversations, and making those connections. We also provide the full list of event attendees for followups after the evening.

Is this event only for women?

We use an inclusive definition of “women” and welcome the participation of all genders (including gender fluid, non-binary, trans, two-spirit, etc.) no matter how you choose to identify. This applies to participation on both sides of the table.

Do you collect any fees?

We don't charge any hiring fees/commissions on top of the participation ticket price.

How do you ensure quality?

Our events are invite-only for candidates, so that ensures that almost everyone has a solid work history or background. Technical talents such as developers, designers, and PMs are invited according to their expertise.

Can I hold a private event for my company only?
