Event description

Description

Being a working parent is hard - but what if it didn't have to be? Imagine a future in which having a child doesn't have to mean an interruption to your career. A future in which being a working parent is as easy - or at least close to as easy - as working without being a parent.

Join Women Who Kick Ass and MomWarrior for a kick ass panel that asks what that future would look like, and what we need to do to get there.

Featuring:

Kristi Rible Scobie, co-founder of Momwarrior™ and passionate about supporting the advancement of mothers at work and in life.

Ambalika Sudan, a Customer Success Director at Turvo who's constantly thinking about ways to make the workforce more equitable for parents, and who's penned her thoughts and advice on having children at https://medium.com/@ambalika.

Lisa Raja, founder of The Pifany, the Bay Area's first collaborative workspace for moms, focused on on propelling mothers forward both in life and career.

Dan Stevens, a father, activist, writer, and content designer trying to help others through empathy, action, and sharing.

And moderated by Tet Salva, Founder of MomWarrior™, a platform to inspire, support, and educate the modern mom so they can advance and thrive at work, in life, and beyond.

All welcome: We include trans and non-binary people in the banner of 'women' - but our events are open to everyone, including allies who aren't women.
