Women Warriors

Join us for an evening of celebration as we honor Women Warriors who have served in any branch of the active military, naval, or air service or who served in the National Guard for five or more years.

Local organizations and individuals are nominating women veterans in the community who stand out in their service through the military, volunteerism, family, and business. We will celebrate their work with food, drinks, and gifts.

We are excited to have Ms. Jennifer Vedral-Baron, RN, MN, ARNP, NP-C, FAANP, FACHE (Ms. V-B) as the guest speaker for the event.

All women veterans are invited to attend and will be eligible to win door prizes. Nominees are encouraged to bring their family and friends to share in the celebration! Members of nominating organizations are invited as well. Food will be provided to all attendees at no charge. Please RSVP by Friday, Oct. 28th so we know to expect you.

Hosted by the MTSU President's Commission on the Status of Women and the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Murfreesboro.
