Plus, we’ll officially celebrate our tenth recipient of the Women United Philanthropy Award, Karen Timberlake. You won’t want to miss it!

• 9:00 am: Check In, Networking and Brunch grazing table from Tricky Foods (recent bronze winner for Best of Madison!) The grazing table includes: dainty parfaits with fresh fruit and granola, donuts, bagels and cream cheese, jam, cheesy eggs, charcuterie, cheese, artisan crackers and a variety of vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Each year, Women United recognizes and celebrates a woman who is committed to helping make our community a better place to live, for all. The Women United Philanthropy Award honors her achievements in educating, empowering and inspiring young women and girls to be philanthropic leaders in Dane County. This year, we’re so excited to be honoring Karen Timberlake!

Karen’s optimism, passion and long-standing dedication to her public sector and nonprofit work has made a lasting impact on our community. And throughout her professional and personal life, she’s made the most of every opportunity to champion the potential of other women and our younger generations.

We are beyond grateful to Karen for uplifting not only the work we do at United Way, but the good being done across our community. While it takes a village to make a real difference, we acknowledge that we wouldn’t be where we are today without her unyielding support.
