WOMEN, POVERTY & JUSTICE: ADDRESSING HOMELESSNESS AND PROMOTING FINANCIAL SECURITY FOR WOMEN IN VERMONT

Come join us for coffee, tea, and snacks on the Burlington waterfront and participate in a discussion regarding what steps should be taken to address homelessness in our state.



Featuring a Panel Discussion Moderated by Dolly Fleming and Including:


Jan Demers, Executive Director, Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity

Kirby Dunn, Executive Director, HomeShare Vermont

Rita Markley, Executive Director, Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS)

Karen Richards, Executive Director, Vermont Human Rights Commission

Jean Wolfe, Customer Service Associate, Dot’s Market



The Great Room is located on the third floor of the Lake & College Building on the corner of Lake & College Streets. Parking is available at the meters around the building or at the Hilton underground garage on Battery Street, located across the street from the event. There are two hours of free parking at the Hilton garage. After you park, you can cross Battery Street and the Great Room is on the Battery Street Level.
