The Women ON Point executive leadership summit is the premiere professional development, networking, and growth opportunity designed and delivered exclusively for and by top-performing women.
This 2.5-day destination leadership summit is an inspiring and reflective professional development experience for mind, body, and spirit. A safe, collaborative environment that fosters women supporting other women in an intimate group of no more than 30 top female executives from across the country and spanning all industries and organizations including Best Buy, Allina Health, Minnesota Vikings, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hyatt Global, RMC, 9News, Goodwill Industries, and more.
Dynamic, unique, and motivating executive coaches bring a combined 65+ years of successful coaching experience at the highest levels. Each attendee receives an individual DiSC Work of Leaders assessment, Emotional Intelligence tools, personal branding exercises, and so much more.
The curriculum focuses on self, teams, and authentic leadership, creating dynamic skills development through an interactive, educational, and experiential learning environment with practical and actionable information to enhance leadership abilities.
Supporting the professional curriculum, attendees will participate in team-building and physical activities with a focus on mindfulness and well-being, including yoga, walking, or running. As a unique added value, all attendees will receive three one-on-one executive coaching sessions following the summit to promote accountability, ensure implementation of the information, and to achieve individual goals.

Collectively, they share more than 49 years of successful coaching experience, and they recognize the staggering statistics of how far women are lagging behind in leadership positions. Their mission and life’s purpose is to empower women and set them up for success as leaders.
As the winningest coach in Minnesota women’s basketball history and now top-performing, ICF executive coach, Pam has dedicated her life to taking individuals, teams, and organizations to the Next Level. She stands apart with 27 years of high-level, Division I coaching experience, and successfully navigated the pressure and expectations of a highly visible position in an ultra-competitive environment, Pam now brings that unique background to her C-suite, senior-level leaders, and high-potential clients. Pam is an active philanthropist living in Minneapolis, is married to her long-time partner, Lynn, and enjoys golf, Bikram yoga, and traveling to Europe.
