About this event

  • 1 day 8 hours

On their website, the National Association for Music Education states multiple reasons children need music programs in school. With budget cuts rising, music is often the first to go. The NAfME states that "This is a mistake, with schools losing not only an enjoyable subject, but a subject that can enrich students’ lives and education". This event will benefit local school music programming, as well as PMA programming. If you can't attend, please consider donating to the cause on our website, or donate to your local school and indicate you want your donation to support MUSIC IN THE SCHOOL!

This event will feature Women in the Blues on Saturday and Generations of Blues on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased for the weekend or individual days. TABLE RESERVATIONS are also available. Food and a full bar will be available at the event. You can bring in your own camp style chair if you like. This venue is very large with plenty of space to spread out, bring your favorite camp style chair!
