Tangible Tips for Negotiating Salary, presented by Pam Inch, Executive Recruiter for the Mayor of Seattle.

With a reputation for building strong and results-oriented teams, she has lead the Recruitment function for major local employers including Swedish Medical Center, Seattle Public Utilities and the City of Seattle. Currently, Pam serves as the City of Seattle’s Senior Executive Recruiter where her practices are focused on recruiting exceptional leaders for cabinet positions within Mayor Jenny Durkan’s administration. After working in the field and recognizing she needed to know a lot more about how businesses work Pam went back to and earned her MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. Additional she holds a BA in Speech Communication, MA in Rhetoric and Communication and is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional by both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certificate Institute (HCI).
