Earlier this year I hosted The 2nd Annual Small Business Empowerment Conference featuring 15 speakers to help small business owners connect and learn about techniques and resources designed to help them move their businesses forward to greater profits. The event was so successful that many of the attendees commented that it was one of the best conferences they had ever attended; not just because of the attendance (about 130 people) but because everyone felt very connected to one another. For many attendees it was about the quality of the attendees and not the quantity. I was also pleased to hear that many of the attendees have formed friendships and business relationships after the event which was the whole point. And this got me to thinking about how else I could help business owners who also happened to be women (since 90% of my own clients are also women).

What I'm hoping to accomplish with this conference is simple. Based on my business theory of building success thru community, this conference brings together some of the top female business professionals from around the globe to create a networking pipeline thru reciprocal relationships.
