This 5-week wellness group is for women of color who are ready to live a healthier lifestyle and want accountability and support from a community of other women on the same journey. As women we tend to neglect our own health and well-being by focusing on others in our lives. Self-care doesn't have to be selfish. Take this opportunity to jumpstart a new approach to wellness that focuses on everything you need to improve your health from food to mood . We'll talk about healthy eating, quirky self-care tips, tools to manage stress, lifestyle changes that nourish you and creative self-expression as a tool for good health.
We'll meet by phone every Sunday from 4 to 5pm EST on 4/02, 4/09, 4/16, 4/23 and 4/30
