Women Of Alabaster Gala
Fri, March 24, 2017, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EDT
Women of Alabaster Ministries Inc., is a 501c3 nonprofit faith based organization that desires to meet the needs of those caught in human trafficking, by offering alternatives to a life on the streets. We do this by visiting those effected every single week, allowing us to build the type of trusting relationship, for each to make healthy lifestyle changes. Women of Alabaster is focused on bettering not just our community but the world. We are having a “Fundraising Gala” on March 24, 2017 at New Hope Community Church, North Bend, Ohio to help us meet our ministry goals for 2017. Come join us for Dinner and silent auction where we will have some really great things for everyone!
Our guest speaker will be Beth Rapien, Change Court Coordinator, will be speaking on behalf of Judge Heather S. Russell, Municipal Court Judge, Hamilton County. Change Court gives individuals a chance to exponge convictions for acts done under the diress of sex traffickking.
Our second speaker of the evening, will be Alicia Bishop, who is completing a two year progam through "Change Court" under Judge Russell. She will be sharing part of her story and her journey to healing and restoration.
Last speaker will be Scarlet Hudson, Executive Ministry Director and Founder of "Women of Alabaster Ministry's INC". Scarlet, has been on the street for the last five years meeting the women and men trapped in sex trafficking, sharing the love of Christ and collaborating with many agencies to offer hope.
