Event description
Each year, Lean In and McKinsey conduct their Women in the Workplace study. Join us to discuss their 2019 findings and implications.

About this Event

Join us for a brief overview of the 2019 Women in the Workplace study followed by a panel discussion featuring the hosts of HBR podcast "Women at Work." They will share their impressions of the research and offer tools and tricks for helping to eliminate things like the glass ceiling, broken rung, and gender bias in the workplace.

Our panelists include the following experts:

Amy Bernstein is the editor of Harvard Business Review. She has also held senior roles at ManpowerGroup, strategy+business, Business 2.0, The Industry Standard, Brill’s Content, and U.S. News & World Report.

Nicole Torres is a senior associate editor at Harvard Business Review, where she focuses on new research related to gender, diversity, and health care. She has also written for the Boston Globe, Salon, and Details magazine.

The panel will be moderated by Omar Saldana, Vice President for Keystone Partners. A leading Career Management and Leadership Development Consulting firm. Prior to Keystone, Omar worked in the Biotech, Higher Ed and Management Consulting industries. Through his work and volunteer activities he supports leadership development of women and girls.

A huge thank you to Hill Holliday for generously sponsoring and hosting this event. Thanks to their support, we are able to make this event free and accessible to all.
