Kira Makagon – Haas alumna, Executive Vice President of Innovation at RingCentral. Kira is a serial entrepreneur and business and technology leader, she has dedicated her career to breaking new ground by creating cutting edge software products and by speaking up as a veteran “only woman in the room” in Silicon Valley. As EVP RingCentral, she leads product strategy, product management, R&D, IT and global operations teams. Kira was honored as one of the 2015 Most Influential Women in Business by the SF Business Times and 2015 Women of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal.Before RingCentral, Kira co-founded several companies including Octane which was acquired by E.piphany for $3.2B.
Deborah Baron – Kellogg alumna, Chief Strategy Officer at Align Matters, the first planning cloud for legal. Prior roles include CEO North America, CMO and GM Information Governance at Nuix, and VP at HP/Autonomy. She serves as a board director for Forest Creatures Foundation and board member for the Kellogg Alumni Council and EDRM. Deborah loves growing businesses. She took an early-stage SaaS company into new markets helping to grow revenue 4X and staff from 40 to over 400 leading to successful acquisition by a publicly traded enterprise software company.
Kakul Srivastava– Haas alumna, Tech entrepreneur focused on building companies that empower people and create community. Kakul has helped build some of the best loved consumer tech products -- Adobe's Photoshop line of software, Flickr, Yahoo! Messenger and Yahoo! Mail. She was founder and CEO of Tomfoolery, Inc., a business dedicated to making beautiful social apps for work. Tomfoolery was acquired by Yahoo in 2014. Most recently, Kakul was CPO for WeWork, a $5B company focused on empowering millennial entrepreneurs and creators.
Kirsten Wolberg – Kellogg alumna, Vice President of Technology Business Operations at PayPal, with responsibility for technology strategy, planning, mergers & acquisitions, centralized quality and infrastructure, metrics reporting, tools, Agile practice, operational excellence, training, communication, employee engagement and the PayPal Open Source Office. Under her leadership, salesforce.com’s IT team was recognized with industry awards including InformationWeek 500, and Kirsten was named one of the Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area, 2011 by the SF Business Times.
