ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:

PEGGY BELDEN - Director of Sales, Sandler Training NYC

Peggy Belden has over 20 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales training and coaching. Prior to joining Sandler, Peggy founded Belden Consulting Group, LLC (BCG) in 2001 which consulted and advised C-Suite managers and sales teams as well as designing and executing corporate marketing initiatives. Clients included IBM, Boyden Global Executive Search, Tommie Copper Inc. and Sports Illustrated Magazine. Peggy started her career in broadcast radio and television sales and successfully moved on to senior roles at CBS/Viacom and Dow Jones/The Wall Street Journal managing salespeople and managers across the US. Passionate about enabling clients, she insures their growth in sales skills, behaviors and proven techniques. As a champion for sales professionals, Peggy is a practitioner of Sandler's "reinforcement training model", achieving greater sales revenue success.

LANDAN RICH - Vice President of Sales, Jun Group

Landan Rich currently serves as Jun Group’s VP of Sales, managing a team of salespeople in the company’s New York office. In her 10+ years in the industry, Landan has worked for media agencies, publishers, and adtech platforms. She began working at Jun Group in 2014 as an account executive. As the youngest seller on the team by 7 years, Landan was motivated to work hard and excel in her role. Landan was promoted three times at Jun Group and has set individual sales records every year since 2016. Landan’s clients include Eli Lilly, PepsiCo, Audi, GSK, and others. Landan earned a B.S. degree from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

BETH SHAPIRO - VP, Regional Manager, News America Marketing

Beth began her career at News America Marketing, a division of News Corp, 17 years ago as an Account Coordinator. Beth’s energy, strategic recommendations, passion for the business and strong client relationships allowed her to work as the lead sales manager on accounts like Unilever, Revlon, Campbell’s, Reckitt and Dannon. As she segued into more senior roles, she led Eastern, Southeast, Chicago and Canadian sales teams working with some of the largest CPG’s in the country. Currently, Beth’s title is V.P. Regional Manager, Digital Sales and manages a team of twenty.

ABOUT OUR MODERATOR:

JIPEI ZHANG - Account Executive, SAS

Jipei Zhang is currently Account Executive at SAS Institute, helping retail, consumer brands, media and services companies solve complex business problems using advanced analytics. She has been in the enterprise software industry for eight years leading both marketing and sales roles. Prior to entering the world of software and technology, Jipei worked in non-profit and international development including two years in Laos. A native of Changsha, China, Jipei enjoys modern dance and spicy food. Jipei holds a BA in Political Science from Carleton College and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University.
