Women in Leadership Workshop: Becoming A Person of Influence
Mon, May 15, 2017, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM AEST
Every woman has her own leadership style. However, in many organizations, women have not been encouraged and supported to further develop their authentic leadership style. They have rather, been put in a box - usually based on other people's perception of their personality - and spent most of their career life trying to fit into that box and mimicking others' behaviours.
In this one-day, highly interactive program participants learn proven, time-tested leadership principles and how to apply them to increase their influence. Participants learn to lead in the way that most fits them, resulting in more trust from followers, improved communication, and increased team effectiveness.
