Women in Leadership (LA)
Yes...And: Making Your Own Way
You care about the world around you, and yet you sometimes feel stuck in the present reality. You want to use your skills and talents to improve your schools and communities; however, the day-to-day demands of independent-school life take your time and energy.
Explore with other like-minded women how leadership calls upon us to work through challenging circumstances, improvise, and make opportunities where (on the surface) there don’t appear to be any. How can we harness important habits of mind, such as grit, vision, and creativity to be leaders that transform the present from what is to what can be? Let’s dive into Yes...And together, using brain science, mindfulness, and the experiences of each other to inspire and create real change within ourselves and our schools!
Come be inspired again at our 7th annual event!
