Director of Greeley and Hansen LLC since June 10, 2014. She has been a Director of CME Group Inc., since May 20, 2015. She serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Executives' Club of Chicago, and is a Member of the boards for Lurie Children's Hospital Chicago, Governors State University, The International Women's Forum, Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board, Academy for Urban School Leadership and Humantelligence. She is also frequently featured in the Harvard Business Review online, Forbes blog, CEO Magazine and other business publications and is a frequent speaker for the Global Competitiveness Forum, World Economic Forum
and other global conferences.
Yana Reznik - Founder, Producer, Pianist and Host “Playful Talk” show
Since relocating to Chicago in 2014 from Los Angeles, Yana has performed with Elgin Symphony Orchestra, Northwest Indiana Sympohony, Chicago Symphony All Access Chamber Series, Myra Hess Concert Series, PianoForte Foundation. WFMT 98.7 Radio has produced Yana’s new album exclusively used for the pledge drive. In February 2015 Yana launched “Playful Talk” show, a production that invites audiences to engage with renowned starts of classical music. As a founder, producer, pianist and host Yana collaborated with the members of Chicago
Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera Orchestra, Ars Viva Orchestra, Las Vegas Philharmonic, Ensemble Dal Niente, Kontras Quartet and New Millennium Orchestra. Yana is an active member of the Musicians Club of Women and was a recepient of the Tikkun Fellowship Grant from the Jewish United Fund Foundation.

Thea Durfee Polancic - Founder and President, Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Inc.
Thea Polancic is a passionate advocate for the power of business to create prosperity, beauty and happiness in the world. Fluent in Russian, Thea is the former Chief Administrative Officer for Caterpillar’s Moscow office. Currently, she is the Founder and President of the Chicago Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, Inc., a movement dedicated to elevating humanity through business, founded by John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods. Thea is also a member of the global chapter advisory board for Conscious Capitalism, which now includes chapters in seven countries on five continents. As the Managing Partner of Clear-Space, LLC, Thea helps CEOs transform themselves, their teams and organizations. She is a founding mentor to Chicago accelerators Tech-Stars Chicago and The Impact Engine. She is also on the Advisory Board of the Conscious Venture Lab in Columbia, Maryland.
