Overview:

This event will feature women from the healthcare industry who have excelled in their careers through a very demanding industry. Thought-provoking panel discussions will allow the audience to look within themselves to be the change that promotes women in leadership. The panel will include an informal dialogue sharing personal success stories that will challenge the audience to eliminate boundaries put on their professional growth and expand individual opportunities for success. After lunch attendees will spend time with the speakers during breakout roundtables really diving into the hot topics of Taking Control of Your Career, Leadership, Self-Promotion, and Time Management.
