A little about our instructor, Robin Tardy:
After spending most of her young life as a competitive dancer Robin was searching for a way to stay healthy and active in college. Yoga was a natural solution to her need to stay physically active. Eventually, her personal yoga practice sparked an interest in teaching. Robin completed the 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga in the spring of 2012 with Dylan DiPrima, Abby Swenson and Nisreen Dawren. In the summer of 2012 she completed the CorePower Yoga Extensions Program and began teaching at CorePower Yoga and Health Fitness Corporation in Minneapolis.
Yoga has taught Robin the power of a present mind and the happiness that comes from gratitude for all experiences, good and bad. Yoga has become an irreplaceable tool for managing the stress of a fast-paced lifestyle. She wants to share with you the happiness and freedom that yoga has brought her.
